Boy what nice weather we are having today. It is raining out but we need it. Since I have been on this weight management program from Herbalife I have enjoyed getting up. The program is very simple to do. I'm in a wheeelchair 24/7 so it has to easy. I have lost over 30 LBS. and 10 Inches of my hips since the 26th of April 2007. I enjoy the Herbalife shapeworks shakes. Jim22368Good morn everyone!!!!!!!!!! What a beautifull day so far. I would like to give an up date. I have had MS for over 30 yrs.and it was rough. When you can not walk any more and have to ahve to rely on a wheelchair it is rough. What made it extra rough for me was that I had very sever tremors that my arms and legs would start to shake and the more I tried to stop the worse they got. I would not go outside or be around people on the count of my tremors. The only exersise I got was my stationary bike and that got to be a pain becase my energy was very very low. So I did not do very much in a day.But that all changed on April 26,2007. I,(James Eckburg) found an ad in the paper an answered it. That Is when HERBALIFE came into my life.
